Terms of Visa Consultation Service

1. Nature of Advisory Services

BookHotels.ng provides professional visa consultation, document auditing, mock interview coaching, and travel application preparation. BookHotels.ng is an independent private consultancy and is NOT an embassy, consulate, or government visa-issuing authority.

Our advisors do NOT issue visas, schedule mandatory government biometric appointments where prohibited by embassy regulations, or guarantee that any visa application will be approved. All visa issuance decisions are made exclusively at the sovereign discretion of respective immigration authorities.

2. Client Obligations and Accuracy of Information

Clients agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information regarding their previous immigration history, refusals, employment status, and financial circumstances. BookHotels.ng strictly refuses to accept, assist with, or condone any forged documents, altered bank statements, or fraudulent invitations.

3. Consultation Fees and Payment

All consultation fees are due and payable in full prior to the scheduling and confirmation of your consultation session. Payments are processed securely via Paystack. Fees cover professional advisor preparation, session time, and report publication.

4. Limitation of Liability

BookHotels.ng shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss resulting from a foreign government's visa refusal, processing delays, passport return delays by embassies or courier agents, or changes to sovereign immigration policies.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
