Rescheduling & Refund Policy

1. Free Appointment Rescheduling

We understand that business meetings and family emergencies happen. You may reschedule your consultation appointment free of charge up to 4 hours prior to the scheduled session directly through your Customer Dashboard.

2. Cancellation and Refunds

If you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before your scheduled consultation session, you are eligible for a full refund minus nominal payment gateway processing fees. Cancellations made between 4 to 24 hours prior are eligible for a 50% refund or full credit toward future consultation sessions.

Cancellations made less than 4 hours before the appointment or failure to attend ("no-show") are non-refundable, as the advisor's calendar was reserved exclusively for your session.

3. Post-Consultation Policy

Once a 1-on-1 consultation session has taken place or a written assessment report has been published, consultation fees are non-refundable, as the professional service and intellectual analysis have been delivered.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under eligible conditions, contact our customer support team at support@bookhotels.ng or call 08115599988 with your Booking Reference number (e.g. VSA-2026-XXXX). Eligible refunds are returned to the original bank account or debit card within 3 to 5 business days.
