In providing visa consultation services, we collect applicant identity details (full name, phone, email, date of birth), passport details, travel itinerary, employment information, and uploaded supporting documentation (such as bank statements or letters of invitation).
2. How Your Information is Protected
All documents uploaded to the Client Portal are stored in secure, private directories inaccessible to public web indexing. Documents are encrypted at rest and in transit via 256-bit SSL protocols. Only your specifically assigned immigration advisor and senior supervisory personnel can view your files.
3. Third-Party Disclosures
We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal or financial data to any third-party marketing companies. Financial payment processing is handled exclusively through Paystack, an accredited PCI-DSS compliant payment provider.
4. Retention and Erasure
Clients may request the permanent deletion of their uploaded consultation documents from their dashboard or by writing to support@bookhotels.ng once their advisory session and assessment report have concluded.
